   I’ve been using Perfect Skin for about 2 weeks and I have seen a significant difference in my skin. First, I am very prone to acne breakouts; initially I have some minor blemishes come as I was beginning using the product. After about 5 days, they went away and I haven’t had that issue appear again. My skin is noticeably less blotchy and red, pores are definitely smaller, and my whole face is smoother and softer. I received the product within the time frame mentioned, and when it arrived without the eye cream and mask, I anticipated a struggle with customer service. SUrprisingly, no questions asked, the items were sent out immediately and arrived in a timely manner. So far, this product had really lived up to my expectations.

   Perfect Skin is a scam that wants your money!!!!!!! I ordered one 30 day supply in the beginning of August for $29.95 and on Sept 1st got two supplies of it and where they charged my account $95.84 before I even started using the first 30 day supply. Read the fine print and if you dont want them to charge you every 60 days $65.89 call their customer service 800-707-8674!!!! You will notice that on the website their phone number is no where to be found. I finally got it after emailing them for two weeks because they charged me and I had no idea if I was getting it in the mail!!!! Dont make the same mistake I did by buying this product in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   I would really like to leave a wonderful comment about how this ” really worked for my acne prone skin” but as of right now I am going on a month for ordering and it still have yet to show at my door step. I have tried to email and have gotten no response found this website and thought maybe I will give this a shot! Again, with all hopes on my end!! I am happy for the women who have GOTTEN their product and it has worked for them. Funny I have even ordered twice this is how desprate I am to have nice looking skin. Ugh!!!!

   I bought the product back towards the end of July. I like it. I have very oily acne prone skin; and I feel that it is actually helping it. Surprise! Surprise! I haven’t found anything(e.g. Murad, Proactive, Max Clarity) with a positive benefit to my skin other than Rxs such as Retin-A and minocycline. The only problem is that I am running out of product too soon and I am on the club membership. I called the company and they said I should have a shipment in a week or two; but I am down to my last few drops of product. They are reportedly in the process of making up a new batch or something. All I can say, is it must be good if I want more, since I am usually sending the product back. Maybe, that is why they make the trial size sooooo small.

   I just started using perfect skin last night and can ALREADY tell a HUGE difference! I have dry acne prone skin And the products seem to work perfectly for that! It’s really amazing! I would suggest it to my best friend

    I have used all 4 products ( cleanser, toner, eye cream and moisturizer) for about a month. I have not noticed a difference. My skin was normal ( not oily or dry, no bleamishes nor acne or any pimples. And skin has remained the same. I love the smell of the products, and I feel the product is sold in large containers and therefore last longer than other brands. Its a good value for the price. The free kim kardashian purfume is very nice. That I will buy again.

    After reading such good reviews about this product I decided to give it a try. I really still don’t understand what kind of skin I have, but I am prone to acne and do dry out pretty bad after using harsh acne products. I was a little worried about the bad customer service people were experiencing, but I can’t say I had a problem myself. I ordered the 3 piece kit Sunday the 19th at night and received it this morning already (Thursday the 23rd)! I did pay the extra $10 for 3-4 day shipping though, but i’m glad I did. I have already used it once this morning and serio, my skin feels softer. I do have acne on my chin right now, but hopefully this clears it up. If not i’ll just have to use some acne cleanser along with it. I love the toner, it’s very refreshing…overall i’m satisfied with it. Hasn’t even been a day yet so I can’t say much. Imma give it 2 or so weeks and see what happens. If it’s not good i’ll definitely take advantage of the money back guarantee.

    I usually do not right reviews, however, am so disappointed with this company and product I want to warn everyone. I ordered the product and I thought I was only investing 29.95 for a one-month supply. However, over $100 transition was taken out of my back account within a matter of days, before I received any product!! To make a long story short I have spoken with 6 different customer care representatives over one month and have been told something different each time. In addition, the product is not that great either, you can find better products at the grocery store. I have sent everything back and at this point am $150 in the hole. Do not waste you time, money, and sanity!!

    I am 43 and one of those people who get sucked into infomercials. I have tried sooo many facial products from the average mall counter ones to the very expensive spa brands. I decided at $30 why not give it a try. I don’t put alot of stock into the Kardashin sisters but figured I would give it a try. I was very prepared to send this back but have found it to be a really great product. After a week of use I can see and feel a difference in my skin. I used to have clear skin and after turning 40 my skin became oily in the T zone and dry on the cheeks and under eyes. Then add to that acne! This has cleared my skin up and I can see a difference in the acne scaring, it is fading. I think it is a really great product for the price. I didn’t have any problems ordering or receiving product.

    I usually don’t write reviews but i was so shocked with this product i had to! I have had terrible cystic acne since age 14 and ive used every single product and medication out there for my skin, from doctors prescribed topical creams to ACCUTANE. Yes i’ve been through 2 rounds of accutane. Finally at my second round my skin got a lot better but i still had mild breakouts.
    Let me tell you that i had every intention of returning this product back thinking it was probably a scam and the kardashians just wanted to make another pretty penny but after usinng it for just 2 days my skin looks incredible. Not even joking my skin looks and feels like a babys ass haha. I never thought a product like this could deliver these major results. At least give it a try and return it if it doesn’t work for you, if it can change my skin trust me, it can definitely change yours.

    Thanks for all of the helpful reviews! I’ve been looking for a new skincare line for quite sometime and I’m definitely going to try this one. As I’m into my early thirties now my once glowing skin looks ruddy and not so “glowing”. And about the “scam” some of u referenced: I made a 30day purchase through Murad as well as a Mineral Makeup and neither company told me that I would be placed on an “auto-shipment” each month and that they mail it almost as soon as they mail your first shipment. I’ve learned to ask now b/c it’s a very common practice with infomercial orders. I also think the Kardashian sisters have a good business sense (or their Mom/Manager does!) so I doubt they do bad business. I’m excited to get my new beauty products! I’ll be back to post a follow up review!

    I am a afro-american in the 50′s and have bad skin due to hormones and bad products used on my face to stop the dryness, blackheads and uneven skin tone.

    I really hope this works and not sucked into buying something that does not work. Facial products are a billion dollar company, and some prey on desperate consumers. I really hope this is not one of them!.

    I am going to give it a try, and if I do not see any results within a week’s time, I will definately post a followup comment, and return it for my money back.

    I will also monitor my account, and if I see monies taken out without my permission, I will let you know, and so forth……

    I have never been much of an infomercial sucker but I have tried everything to fix my acne pruned, oily skin and nothing seems to work the way I would want it to. I saw the infomercial and being that the Kardashians are at the peek of their celebrity I doubt they’d associate themselves so avidly to a bogus product. I been using Perfect Skin for about 3 and a half weeks and I’m amazed with the results, honestly. I was expecting to use the products and return the empty bottles for the refund. definitely not going to now that I have gotten the results that, by far, have exceeded my expectations. I had acne on my chin an cheeks and right now my chin is completely clear and my Cybele are definitely getting there too. I have always refused to step out of the house without makeup because of my oily skin but my skin has improved so much that I have no problem going days without makeup. it feels great and I definitely am more confident. great product.

    I decided to try it even after being skeptical about it. The main reason I decided to try it is because I haven’t been disappointed in the other products that Kim Kardashian has put out (Shoe Dazzle, her perfume, etc.) so I decided to give it a try. I’ve been using it for about a month now. I have oily skin w/ occasional breakouts. The first week, I felt it purging out the impurities so I saw the pimples on my face. The next week, I could feel and see my skin changing and it started clearing up. The 3rd week, Id receive occasional breakouts and this week I really dont see much of a difference. My skin still gets oily, so its not really controlling that. The only reason I still use it, is because the facewash and toner smells pretty good. Not a fan of the moisturizer, smells like a hosptial smells. Kim claimed that other ppl would tell her it smelled so good on her when they hugged, but I dont see how because the scent doesn’t last that long (they must b smelling her perfume because that smells really good). Overall, my face does feel clean when I use it and I like it better than proactiv but I don’t think its doing anything majorly different. I would probably still buy more because it jst keeps my face clean. But I still have to use other things to cotrol the excess oil in my t-zone area. Hope this review helps.

    I work for their customer care. It’s nice seeing a good review when all I hear are negative things about a product. Also there are some inaccuracies with your listed pricing. They charge you for a 60 supply every 60 days, after the initial 30 day trial shipment. They don’t charge on a monthly basis. Also for the first shipment it’s either $29.95 for a 3 step solution, or $39.90 for a 5 step solution. The second shipment ranges between $59.90-$79.80 with S+H depending on what kit you chose. They have a 60 day return policy starting from the date the product ships out. They’ve been on backorder for the passed 6 weeks now so good luck getting your product without a wait.

    They do not advertise the product the right way! SCAM! I thought it was just to help the appearance of the skin, but this is an acne treatment. My skin is sentitive and I can not use acne treatments! THe order took almost TWO months to arrive.

    My credit card offers virtual credit card numbers that I can use and that expire after a certain time and that have a limit. That means I can not be charged again. I jsut wanted to try it and the “automated ordering” just sucks.

    It dosen’t do anything for me but making my skin worse. Stay away form this.

    I have been using perfect skin for about a week and my skin feels so smooth. Also, the mask works really good in making your skin soft. I have oily skin and unfortunately my skin is still a little oily. Hopefully over time my skin will change!

    I just started using the product less than a week ago. I really like it so far, my face feels very clean. Yes it smells wonderful but who cares…does it work?? So far so good. My face seems to be more evenly toned and I haven’t broken out from it. I am one of those women who have tried everything for my oily acne proned skin. I’m very hopeful with this product. I would recommend trying it.

    Terrible product…didnt work for me at all and they have been holding out on me since August on processing my refund. Contacting the Better Business Bureau today….total scam artists and the Kardashians would be ashamed if they knew of the terrible customer service I have received with respect to a product they endorse!

    I have been using Perfect Skin for 3 weeks now. It hasnt cleared up my acne at all. My face has never been broken out so bad and dont know if it is the product or my hormone however it is not clearing up. The product has made my skin tone more even and the moisterizer does make my skin feel good. Overall it is great for someone who doesnt have acne but I wouldnt recommend it if your wanting it to clear up breakout.

    I strated using Perfect Skin for a week now and so far I like it , its breaking me out but Im guessing that is normal thing since all the bad stuff has to come out before it gets better . I will keep you guys posted , hope my skin gets better soon ….

    Well, I ordered perfect skin a month ago and right after I ordered I got an email from some lady saying that they were currently out of stock and it would be a few weeks. I called the customer service to cancel my order and they were really nice (the first time) she let me keep the product which smells really good but so far I haven’t seen much improvement with my skin. I don’t have really bad skin, just a few blemishes here and there. Last night, I look at my bank statement and see a charge of $88 from perfect skin. So this morning I called and spoke to some rude 12 year old, that said that the lady who cancelled my order last time didn’t cancel my subscription. Why I got charged for a larger product and 40+ more dollars the second time, I don’t know. Then she proceeded to tell me that I needed to wait until I got my product (which is in 7 days) then I could ship it back (which I have to pay for) and then it takes another 5 days to show back up on my card. It’s so frustrating that 1. they didn’t cancel my subscription after I cancelled my first order. You think that would be an indication that I didn’t want the product anymore… EVER. 2. that I now have to wait 12ish days to get my $88 back, it’s not the fact that they shipped me the most expensive product they have but that the girl I was talking to was less them sympathetic and that I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK. UGH, needless to say I will never order from them again.

    i tried perfect skin,and for me, the difference between this $30 a month product and my roughly $12 a month(oil of olay gentle cleanser &clinique toner) is not significant. i was initially interested in the product because it claimed it was effective for all skin types.having sensitive dry skin, i find it difficult to find products that first do not irritate my skin, and second actually work.so upon my first trial i noticed that all 3 of the “steps” (clease,tone,moisturize) have distinct scents.anyone who has sensitive skin knows that scented products are irritating products.nevertheless i tried the routine. after the first try, my skin became irritated and soon after that i noticed some redness appear.BUT, to be perfectly fair, sometimes after i use a product after a few times, my skin adapts to it and ceases to become irritated.so i continued to use the product, after a few days it stopped irritating, but, at he the same time, i noticed no difference, in fact, my skin condition worsened as i began to notice my skin tone became more uneven than it was prior.so for me, this product is not effective.the return/cancellation process is not easy.so i suggest to anyone who tries the product…be sure thoroughly read the terms and strictly follow the cancellation procedures because the company is not felxible in returning/canceling.if any one is wondering i would describe the smells ass…”cleanse”=tangerine/citrus smell…”tone”=funky,planty smell….”moisturize”=medicated cream smell

    I’ve always had clear skin.Even when i was a teen started using this product thinking it would be great. I used it 3 months & I’ve never had more acne in my life!! So disappointed!!     I PURCHASED PERFECT SKIN IN SEPTEMBER TO TRY THE 30 DAY PRODUCT. FIRST OF ALL I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL COMPLEXTION JUST THOUGHT THAT I WOULD TRY A NEW ONE. BOY WAS I IN FOR THE WORSE. THE PRODUCT MADE ME BREAKOUT SO BAD TO WHERE MY ENTIRE FACE WAS ITCHING AND BURING WITH HUGE RED INFECTED BUMPS ALL OVER MY FACE. IF THOSE WANT TO SEE THE PICTURES I CAN PUT THEM UP. I HAVE BEEN ON MEDICINE FOR A WEEK NOW AND MY FACE IS LOOKING BETTER HOWEVER I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN SPREADING TO EVERYONE TO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.     I already have nice skin and was willing to try this product, but after the reviews… I dont think so. What DID work well for me when my face was at its worst [my first BAD acne breakout] is Neutrogena Advanced Solutions, which is found in Wal Mart. May irritate a little at first but the results are worth way more than the $20! Honestly works wonders! Hope this helped those with troubling acne

    I ordered this product almost 3 months ago. Since then, my face and husband’s face began to break out and peel. I have combination skin and my husband has dry skin. My kit included the mask and eye cream; I did not see any beneficial changes with those products. We were very disappointed with the results and had high hopes. Many of the reviews involved combining other product with the system (like an max clarity). I did not notice a change in my skin’s condition. The only benefit I had was a nice smelling face………not a good enough reason to use the product.

    I’ve been using perfect skin for about 3 months now & sadly I must admit that not only have my acne breakouts NOT gotten any better, but they have gotten WORSE! I use the products consistently as well as the mask. I’m really bummed out because I was hoping this line was legit & I’d finally find somthing that actually worked. & I must say that my skin has never really been that bad–but you would never know that by looking at it now… I use to not care about going in public w/o make-up, but now I can’t leave my house w/o puting concealer on b/c my blemmishes are out of control! It’s really depressing. I’m not going to bash the line & call it a scam, but I will definitely say IT IS NOT FOR EVERYONE!

    The cleasners is great at getting all the make-up off my face but the directions say 3 pumps and create a soothing lather…more like 10 pumps! I’m using 3 times what the directions say in order to cleanse my face and neck…this is getting expensive!! Too bad cause I really like the product but can no longer afford it

    Ordered this product and while the product seems to be ok, as I have not had any major breakouts…they charged my card for a 60 day supply after not having my first order 30 days but only 15 days. My card was charged 87.79….and I only had the products in my hand for 15 days. Buyers beware, I would only try the trial of this product and not get sucked into this membership.

He is scamming people the same way he scammed individuals for buying his videos.     I had not had the trial product very long before I
    was shipped another order under membership.It didn’t give much time to decide if you liked it enough to want more or to cancel. So I returned the auto shipment, I did call to get RMA # and
    was returned without opening box (RMA # was put on outside of box). It was shipped back on November 24th and I called on Dec. 9 to see if
    were going to give me credit back. I was talking to this lady and all of a sudden she got real rude
    with me and told me I should of paid $2 and gotten a tracking #, otherwise I am still obligated to pay until they got the merchandise back. I told the lady that I realized now that I should have. I guess that for some reason that having a tracking # the package would have amasingly showed back up at the place that it was shipped from. The address was not changed on the box from the address it had come from. The lady also indicated that the box could be lost due to the holidays. I live in a really small town and its funny that the package made it to me but got lost going back. I ship stuff all the time and mail stock certificates to people (even during holiday season)and they make it to the place I ship to. I even ordered something from China and it got through the mail. They either have some scam going on that packages that come back without tracking # on it doesn’t get credit back,or they have a problem with there mail service person if packages are not getting back without tracking it.Or even better the lady is telepathic. I’ve sent alot of stuff back over the
    years and not all the time do I get a tracking # or put RMA #on it and have always gotten credit. I’m now out of the money and no product. It’s really not about the money. I think this is a SCAM!

    Let me start by saying I’ve tried everything under the sun. I’ve been using Perfect Skin for about 2 weeks now and so far I love it. Unlike some of the negative reviews, I use exactly as instructed. I’ve noticed reduced redness, my face feels softer and my breakouts seem to getting better. All the products feel clean on my face leaving no greasy residue. Over all so far I really like it.

    Piece of crap company!!! they claim my order cannot be processed because my credit card payment did not go through. I called my credit card company and they say it did go through and gave me an authorization code. My suggestion to anyone planning to order is…use a credit card and not your bank card! or don’t order at all! I do not trust this company!!! Now I have to wait until it is posted to my account so that I can have my credit card company fax proof that it was authorized…UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

    I ordered PerfectSkin and was so excited to try it especially after seeing all the amazing results that girls were supposedly having. I don’t have acne, but I have blotchy skin and uneven skintone. And other products were leaving my skin very dry and with all the things that PerfectSkin was saying it could do, especially how it helps for aging and such, I was anxious to get started. Unfortunately this product did NOTHING!! The very first day I tried it, I found myself breaking out the very next morning after trying it and I never break out! I thought that maybe it wouldve cleared up later, but for the entire month I tried it, I either got more reddish acne, or bumps, or it just never took any of it away. The toner is horrible for me. It runs down my face and seems like its doing absolutely nothing. It feels just like water. I hate how you have to spray it. And the last step, makes my face literally feel like I have botox. I can’t move my face and it feels so stiff and smells like wax. I wasn’t very impressed at all. The mask does nothing but moisture. And I was looking for it to something more, but again, I was saddened. I saw better and more radiant results with Aveeno, Radiant collection than PerfectSkin. I recommend Aveeno because the things in it AMAZING and its very very good for your skin and has ingredients that help for almost everything. It’s helps uneven skintone and even aging!! http://WWW.Aveeno.com I was definitely amazed with this. And I’m not against PerfectSkin, but I don’t believe that the Kardashian Sisters use it. They get paid for everything they are asked to do, or shown up on. They almost never show themselves without make-up and the commercial looked so scripted. I wouldve believed it more maybe if they showed their before & after pictures without make-up. & if their skin was “so amazing” as they said it is, it would make more sense to use less make-up because of it than putting layers & cakes of it on. Just think before you even buy a product ,because I made a huge mistake with this one and I don’t want you doing the same.

    I was about to order perfect skin because it seemed too good to be true but read a lot of negative “scam” reviews then one day while watching Keeping up with the kardashian I saw Kim about to wash her face and it didn’t show closely but next to her sink it showed three bottles that definitely did NOT look like the perfect skin bottles!!!! If the kardashian did use perfect skin, they would have it somewhere in their bathroom which has NEVER been seen. Has anyone not noticed this??? And I love the kardashians! But I don’t believe they use it. The before & after pictures just look like bad make up days. I think this is a scam, even if it does happen to work for SOME people, it doesn’t work for all. And I’m not going to even waste my time trying it.

    Don’t refer to it as a “scam”, because you did not read the details before making your purchase.

    This product it good if you want to even your skin tone, but not to get rid of acne. I have been using this product for about 4 months now and I don’t have any solid results. Don’t get me wrong, I like the fact that my skin tone is more even, but the acne is still a problem and this product is not for people with acne.

    Well about perfect skin ive tried it and honestly it works! Me too i was skeptical but what can u lose by trying it and if it doesnt work return it and get your money back, for me it worked awesome i have oily skin,and whiteheads,and i would breakout but since i started using perfect skin none the above has occured im 100% satisfied with the product and now i cant live without perfect skin but customer service needs to improve a lot.

    I ordered this product when I was at the end of my rope. I still don’t understand why the Kardasian sisters are so famous, but I was googling skin products and their Perfect Skin site came up. I have hard skin to diagnose. I have been to dermatologist after dermatologist and gotten more facials than I can say. I get black heads and white heads (both the hard pill kind and the puffy squishy ones). My skin can be oily at times then switch suddenly to dry and flaky. Everything I tried worked at first, but then it was back to the same messy skin. When I hit 35, some wrinkles and skin spots started to show. I have been using this for just over a month and my skin has evened out quit a bit. This product is not a miracle, but I am starting to love my face. Bubbly black and white heads are going away, wrinkes are smoothing out and spots are fading, and as an added bonus my skin is firmer. Where makeup used to accentuate my problem areas, I am now wearing makeup and loving it!

    This product does not work! It works at first so you think its great, but then your skin goes back to the way it was. I had to cancel my account three times before they took me seriously and they kept sending me products and taking money out of my account. It takes forever to get your refund. I’ve been waiting for month and they kept saying 7-1o days, wells its been 4 weeks and I’m still waiting. This company just takes your money and gives you colored water to watch your face. Please do not buy this product!!

    I ordered PerfectSkin last year. Initially, I received the smaller 3 piece package, 30 day supply. Shortly thereafter I received the larger 3 piece package, 60 day supply. I continued to receive the product for about 6 months. I loved it! It smelled wonderful and my skin felt soft. I don’t use very much make-up, and my skin had that healthy glow. Each time I received the next supply I always had plenty of product from my previous supply. It got to the point in my 6th month that I still had a full supply of product and I was going to receive another shipment. So I decided to cancel my account. I called and the guy that helped me was very pleasant. He said he could pause my account for one month that way I didn’t have to cancel, but I had so much product that I decided that I’d cancel and use what I had and if I wanted to purchase more later I would. So my account was cancelled and now I’m finally out of the product and plan to start a new account again. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I loved the product but wish I could purchase it at my leisure instead of being on a plan.

    THE ABSOLUTE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! I cancelled my account with perfect skin back in november 2010 and checked my account in dec. and jan. and no money had been taken out… so of course i thought everything was cancelled successfully and i didnt have to worry about. I recently got married in april and was checking my account to add to my husbands and noticed that perfect skin had taken 87 dollars out of my banking account in march 2011. At this time i called and demanded a refund and to properly cancel my account(this was in May). I never recieved a refund and checked again in June and they had taken 87 dollars out of my account again June 1. I called again demanding both refunds. Long story short i still have only recieved one refund and have had to call 7 different times and keep checking my account. Every time i call i get a new person and a new excuse/story! I think this product is a huge SCAM and they are trying to find ways to get your money! I am the most laid back person ever and have never even bothered with writing a review about a product but this is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I hope that noone else has to deal with the laziness and ignorance that i have dealt with for the past 3 months.

    -Customer Service SUCKS! It takes so long to get the product and the csr’s have no idea what’s going on with your package when you call to inquire. They charged my bank account the minute I ordered it online but it can take 1 to 2 weeks to refund my money….go figure. I think there needs to be more organization in this area (maybe just as much as there is when they send you your next 3 month supply and charge you for that. They’re never late in that department!)
    If the Kardashians are the faces of this product, then the company should have people working there that dont make them look bad and that have the same work ethic and values that the Kardashians do.

    I love this product! I have been using it for a little over 2 months now and it is true that it will make you break out a bit at first but keep using it it is so worth it! It makes your skin so soft, doesn’t dry it out and after the first few weeks it actually does help with acne ( trust me I had terrible acne issues before using perfect skin) It does take a long time to get the first kit, but then the autoship comes like clockwork after that. This is the first skin care line that I have actually stuck with for longer than 2 weeks and that actually works. Highly recommended!

    Do not recoomend this company to anybody
    I canceled back in june and they took money out in august. 70 dallers. it is not november and no refund.
