I can’t believe Thurmond claims that there is no starvation. I never got from one meal to the next without feeling ravenous. Plus the claim about less exercise is also a hoax. How did I miss that you are expected to put in 30-45 minutes a day of walking in addition to the 18 minutes of muscle-building work? Will it “work”? I assure you, no matter what you eat, if you keep the calorie count as low as the meals in this program add up to, walk 30 minutes a day and do the other exercises, you will lose weight. But look out when the pendulum swings. The real measure is not what you lose in two weeks but if the program really helps you make permanent changes. All I know is I could not keep up a program like this for the long term and I am no longer willing to do programs that aren’t reasonable to live on, even if I do lose some weight initially. I want to find a way to live, and this is not it. – review by oolala53
The lady who gave this 1 star and bashed the program I find ridiculous because she NEVER EVEN FOLLOWED IT!!!! Just because she didn’t want to cook some food and follow the program does not deem this program worthless. If weight loss, exercise and getting it right the first time was so easy we’d all have the body of Heidi Klum. It’s like anything else, those who play guitar did not pick it up and play perfect off the bat, give the program a chance, prep food in portion sizes on the weekend for the week, plan ahead…this program ABSOLUTELY WORKS but if you expect the weight loss to be handed to you as some sort of miracle simply by purchasing the program of course you will give it a bad review. I cried and complained non stop in the beginning (10-14 days) almost mourning the loss of favorite foods but stuck with it and went from 203 lbs and lazy to 128lbs and feeling so fabulous my ego is almost too big to fit through most doors…(just kidding.) I messed up along the way, fell off the wagon and rolled in the ditch once or 12 times but ultimately I kept it moving forward and let me tell you, when your gut is no longer keeping you from tying your shoes without your face turning beet red and feeling like it’s going to explode or the first time you stand up and realize you are almost springing in the air because you no longer are moving so much extra weight or your pinky ring is now a ring finger ring and you even went down a shoe size because you no longer have porky toes any and all whining and complaining will be well worth it. You need to feel you are worth every bit of struggle to do this and it was reeeealllly hard at first but I tell you what, it actually becomes habit as dorky as that sounds. This program will start showing results from WEEK 1, the ONLY catch is you actually have to do it

I read the review of the lady that gave it one star and I can only say that she should have boxed it up and asked for her money back. This program does work, but just like anything, you have to try. This program is not for someone who only wants an easy fix! If an easy fix is what you are looking for, then order your meals from somewhere and hope for the best. But if you want to change your life and your body, then this is for you. This program will help you to change the way you think about food and how it affects your body. Difficult at first, but it works!! Started this program about 2 weeks ago and seeing positive results already. Preparing meals is a bit of a pain, but easily accomodiated in a family setting. Other family members seem to enjoy what I prepare, as long as I accomodiate some of their needs and wants.
The first time I used it, after 4 days I had so much energy I didn’t know what to do with it. Unfortunately where I worked people complained about my cooking eggs at work (which was part of my program) that I stopped and didn’t get back to it. Detailed how to lose weight tailored to your type and metabolism. Two weeks of following the program has me burning fat and losing weight (no scale but the clothes are fitting better). I really am eating more food than before – when I looked at the recommendations I did not think I could eat that much but since my metabolism has increased I am hungry more often. I am weightlifting less often but had to increase my aerobic activity from 30 min to 45-60 minutes. I’m happy. – review by D. Murphy
I have had this product for about a year or two and it does work. Commitment is the key. The first week i used it i lost about 10 pounds with just following the eating plans! With my excitement i went on to follow for about 2 more weeks and was about 19 pounds lighter and a whole lot of inches smaller. I fell off because i went back to school in the fall and didnt eat well. Im back on the program and the results are coming in just as well and fast as the first time and i feel real energized.
