Aviva Insurance Review
With over 53 million cutomers and 46,000 employees, Aviva is one of the worlds largest insurance companies with an especially large reach in the UK. As I searched around for some Aviva reviews from around the web, I notice that a lot of people have issues with Aviva’s customer service which is outsourced to India at times. However, Aviva does seem to have a satisfactory BBB report in the USA, which you can see below:

A lot of the reviews of Aviva I found here suggest that Aviva is known for quoting the lowest rates, but when it comes to customer service and filing claims they are among the worst. In fact, here is what one commenter had to say on ReviewCentre.com:
It is a shame you have to give this lot a one star because they do not even deserve that grade. I had a query about my policy and every time I rang up I got a different person and no one ever left a note on my records as promised about the issue. They simply have no idea about they are doing in these call centers, they gave me wrong information, they failed to communicate with each other. It is truly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
